Frequently Asked Questions

When can I expect my order?

Your first box will be packed and shipped just like a normal order. Thereafter, your monthly box will ship on the 5th of each month (excluding bank holidays). Please allow 1-3 days for delivery.

When does my payment come out?

Payment is taken on the morning of dispatch, so there's no long wait between billing and receiving your box. Billing and shipping both occur on the 5th of the month.

Can I change or cancel my membership?

You can pause, skip, cancel, or reschedule upcoming boxes at any time on your account page. Simply login here and visit the 'Manage Your Subscriptions' button on your account page. You can also update your payment details here. Please email shop@atombeers.com for any further help.
