Frequently Asked Questions

What beers will I get?

A changing mix chosen by us — always some core range, always something new or limited. You don't pick the beers, but it's never the same case twice.

Can I choose my own beers?

Not on the club — it's a curated case, and that's half the fun. If you'd rather pick your own, our Mixed Boxes let you do that.

When will my case arrive?

Your first case ships like a normal order. After that, it goes out on the 5th of every month (excluding bank holidays). Allow 1–3 working days for delivery.

When does payment come out?

On the morning of dispatch — the 5th of the month. Billing and shipping happen together, so there's no long wait.

How much is delivery?

Free to UK mainland - every month.

Can I pause or skip a month?

Yes - any time, from your account page. No need to email us.

What's the difference between monthly and prepay?

Monthly bills you £35.50 (or £60) each month and renews until you cancel. Prepay charges you for 3, 6 or 12 months up front at a lower price, then renews for the same length.

How do gift subscriptions work?

Choose 3, 6 or 12 months, enter the recipient's address and a message, and pick a start month. It doesn't auto‑renew — it just ends after the last case.

How do I change or cancel my membership?

Any time, from your account: log in and hit "Manage Your Subscriptions". You can also email sales@atombeers.com and we'll sort it.
