• Work with the Directors to set sales strategy and growth targets for direct, wholesaler and online B2C sales.
• Analyse sales and beer trends to anticipate market demand.
• Report directly to Directors to review sales / customers and adjust sales strategy.
• Develop new customer relationships and maintain / grow existing ones.
• Take an active role in planning the brew schedule and line up.
• Safe and timely delivery of our beers to our customers, including daily vehicle checks, route plans.
• Picking, packing, and loading of customer orders.
• Be presentable, enthusiastic, and engaging with our customers out on the road.

About the applicant:

• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Ability to set out sales strategies / meet growth strategies.
• Attention to detail with analytical skills to interpret sales figures.
• Passion and enthusiasm for beer, beer styles and the wider industry.
• Ability to handle kegs of beer in a safe and efficient manner.
• Ability to organise stock effectively.
• Manage and represent Atom at events, tap takeovers.
• Reliable and punctual approach to daily tasks.
• Team player with an outgoing personality.

The role is a full time position, (40 hours per week), salary £27,500 to £35,000 pa, dependent on experience / 28 days leave (inclusive of bank holidays) / Pension / Discount at our bars and webshop.
